In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place, so that all our guests can feel safe when staying at or visiting our properties.

Our team is currently working from home, curating every step of your Greek experience. We may be in our pajamas, but this does not mean we are not thinking of you and your loved ones! At the same time, we are closely following updates and monitoring the situation both in Greece and abroad. We abide by the World Health Organization and Greek State guidelines to keep everyone safe and help flatten the curve.

Greece has been experiencing mild spread of the coronavirus. Especially in comparison with the rest of the Mediterranean countries, we have managed to better confine the virus and our prompt response makes us look at the immediate future with optimism.

Therefore, we have implemented a new booking policy to make sure you don’t miss the chance to visit an Amalgam property this summer.

At Amalgam Homes, we follow the guidelines of local health authorities and act according to our set-up routines and procedures in the event of a case of COVID-19 at any of our properties. Our team members are trained to handle situations that may occur at our properties and we have confidence in their abilities. For us, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritized. We are also emphasizing the importance of good hand hygiene based on recommendations from local health authorities. We have strict hand hygiene policies for our team members before eating or preparing food and after using the bathroom. We also encourage guests to frequently wash their hands with soap and warm water.

Cleaning Effectiveness

Effective housekeeping practices are immediate and adjusted according to your needs and requests. You can adjust the frequency of cleaning and request specific cleaning products (e.g. eco-friendly, hypoallergenic).

Our cleaning team is closely monitored, and we take extra care in following all necessary safety measures as regards disease spread prevention. We want to protect the health of both our team members and our guests.

Flexible Booking Policy

Amalgam Homes puts forward a flexible cancelation policy until 15 July 2020, valid for new bookings that are confirmed until 30 June 2020. The policy is valid for the majority of our properties.
